Though I live in the south, I'm more of a Makati kind of Girl. But when my highscool friends planned to meet up last Saturday, we decided to go to ATC instead. Can you believe, the last time I've been there was during highschool!?! I was so happy to see most of them especially now that everyone's working, and at the same time, the last get-together that I went with them was probably last January. It was still the same as usual, a lot of chikka chikka, catching up over lunch. :) I was so happy to have found a girlie CD, Kylie Minogue's Body Language, that I love for only 150 pesos :) Yey! :) We then watched the movie Closer because I love Jude Law. (Thanks Christine for treating us to a movie!) But before I comment on this movie, it made me remember that my Dad and I watched the movie, Hide and Seek, last Friday. They say the movie was a thriller, but if its any indication that my Dad slept throughout the movie, I don't know what to think of it. hehe. But for me, it was okay. The twist was kind of surprising but you've seen it with other movies. :)

Anyway, back to the movie Closer, Omigosh! After watching it, it just makes you feel terrible inside like I did. But if you're a cynic, then you'll love this movie. The characters there just say the words I love you like they "really" mean it, then goes ahead and sleeps with another. What was that?! But can I just say that Natalie Portman there was absolutely beautiful?! Watch out for the last scene with her cause her vision is really breath-taking. Just a word of warning, this movie makes you think what Love really is, and if it really means anything...
